This is an educational piece on how special effects sounds are created. In this piece I demonstrate how to create the tremor shock sound that the dinosaurs make in the Jurassic Park movies.

Entitled 'God Hates' , this concept came about while me and a friend were driving by a church which had the words 'God Hates Sinners' out on its sign.
This Flash movie contains a total of two frames while ActionScript controls the entire movie.

Ad spot for the web for Logical Net Communications. Here I took advantage of ActionScript to control movie playback. Music was designed specifically for the spot by Kevin Ackerman. With this piece the Dial up audience was not targeted in the storyboard stage so preload was not as much of an issue.

Here I designed a Flash application which would allow user interaction to write his or her own little music piece. I utilized Flash 5's new powerful ActionScript capabilities.

Here is Flash presentation for UNIFIED Technologies, Inc. This is a web advertisement which is for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. One of the key challenges with this project was to design this piece to play instantaneously over a 56.6 kbps connection.

One of the key challenges with this project was to utilize broadcast motion graphic design principles and incorporate it to work over the web addressing UNIFIED's target audience. Here is a quick Flash piece in which the user can drag and drop movie clips on top of each other. This project involved keeping the file size under 100k total to allow for dial-up users.

Here is a Flash presentation for UNIFIED Technologies, Inc. One of the issues presented here was the massive amount of digital audio being used. While the target audience was identified as having a T1 connection, a quick download time was still one of the requirements. This was part two from the project below.

Here is a Flash presentation for UNIFIED Technologies, Inc. The issue presented here was to get the Flash file down to under 280k which involved using video and audio and have a download time under 10 seconds on a 28.8kbps connection.
